General Terms

We reserve the right to refuse, terminate, or disable any service with or without cause per administrator discretion. This is a complete independent hosting service; if you abuse our ticket, live chat, or support system by submitting solicitations or complaints, we will disable your account.

Acceptance of Terms

Before accessing this site, you are consenting to be bound by these site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Services We Provide

• Hotel room booking and reservation management
• Restaurant, bar, and event services
• Customer support via email, phone, and online forms

Refund and Cancellation Policy

General Room Bookings

• More than 48 hours before check-in: full refund.
• Within 48 hours of check-in: a one-night room charge will apply; the remaining balance will be refunded.
• No Show (Failure to Check-In): no refund will be issued unless an emergency is proven with supporting documentation.

Group Bookings (3 or More Rooms)

• Cancellations made 7+ days before arrival: full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days: 50% of the total booking fee will be retained.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: no refund.

Event Bookings

• Event cancellations must be made at least 10 days in advance.
• Cancellations 10+ days in advance: full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations within 10 days: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
• Same-day cancellations: no refund.

Early Departures

Guests who check out before their scheduled departure date will be charged for the full stay unless 24 hours’ prior notice is given. Refunds for early departure are subject to management discretion.

Refund Processing Timeline

• Mobile Money Refunds: processed within 24–48 hours.
• Bank Transfer Refunds: processed within 3–5 business days.
• Card Refunds (Visa/MasterCard): may take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Special Notes

Promotional bookings and discounted rates may be non-refundable or subject to stricter terms. All cancellation or refund requests must be communicated directly to the hotel and confirmed in writing. In the event of a natural disaster, government restrictions, or other emergencies, special exceptions may be applied.
